1.This machine is suitable for processing ultra-thick HDPE or LDPE (multi-layer co extrusion) film bags with cylindrical or inserted edges, such as chemical bags and raw material bags.
2.Optional perforation holes for enhanced welding. The discharge adopts a conveyor belt structure.
3.The discharge adopts magnetic powder constant tension control.
4.Electric eye tracking film color code.
5.The machine adopts a computer and servo motor control structure, and the operation panel adopts a human-machine touch screen.
6.The cutting blade adopts a flying blade structure (using a servo motor).
7.Welding and cutting are completely synchronized.
8.Equipped with automatic functions such as feeding, sealing, counting, and reporting.
